RENTAL CHARGES FOR 2010 & 2011

We have endeavored to keep things as simple as possible and to eliminate the

‘peak period’ which penalizes those forced to take their holidays during July & August.

Prices are per week. Short breaks are per night - minimum 2 night stay

All bookings are from 3.30pm on day of entry until 10.30am on day of departure.

Weekly lets are Saturday to Saturday.  

Short Breaks are by arrangement and availability.

Winter prices do not included Christmas & New year -- by arrangement.

In recognition of the present economic climate, We give two prices -

for two people staying or for more than two

All prices are inclusive of Central Heating (when required), Gas, Electricity, Towels

and Linen etc.

A Housekeeping deposit of £50 is required, which will be returned within two weeks of your departure providing no damage is found. This can be given on a separate cheque and will not be cashed unless required.

  Pets are very welcome, free of charge
